What is SpinSend?

SpinSend is a private promo delivery service for record labels. You upload a release, add the DJs you want to reach, and each DJ gets their own private link to stream, download and leave feedback.

Do DJs need an account?

No. DJs just open their private link. There is nothing to sign up for or install.

Which audio formats are supported?

WAV, AIFF and MP3. DJs download the same files you uploaded.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is in USD, per promo, not per DJ. Choose a monthly plan, a one-time pack or pay as you go. See the pricing page for current prices.

Can DJs download the whole release?

Yes. DJs can download individual tracks or the full release pack in one go.

What feedback do DJs give?

DJs can choose Support, Maybe or Not for me, add a rating and write a comment. You see it per DJ, per release.

Can I stop a DJ from accessing a promo?

Yes. You can revoke any individual DJ’s link at any time, and you can set an expiry date for a promo.

Can I use my label’s branding?

Yes, on the Label and Label Annual plans: your logo, accent colour, footer text and light or dark look replace SpinSend’s styling on DJ pages. On Starter, Indie and the 18-Promo Pack, DJ pages use SpinSend’s standard look with a small “Powered by SpinSend” line.

Does SpinSend email my DJs for me?

Not yet — that’s coming soon. Today you copy each DJ’s private link and send it through your own email or messaging.

Who owns the music I upload?

You do. Uploading to SpinSend doesn’t transfer any rights; we only use your files to deliver your promos. See our terms.

How is SpinSend billed?

Labels pay AF Studios for their SpinSend plan or pack. Self-serve online billing is coming soon; during the invite-only beta we arrange your plan with you directly. SpinSend doesn’t handle payments between labels and DJs — promos are always free for DJs to receive.

Who is behind SpinSend?

SpinSend is a product of AF Studios. It’s built for labels and DJs by label owners and working DJs — people who live the promo cycle firsthand, so we can ship a product that fits how the industry actually works.
