Pricing questions

What counts as a promo?

One release — a single, EP or album — that you create in SpinSend and send to your DJs.

Is pricing per DJ?

No. Pricing is per promo, not per recipient.

Which plans include white-label DJ pages?

Label and Label Annual. Starter, Indie and the 18-Promo Pack use SpinSend’s standard DJ page with a small “Powered by SpinSend” line.

What’s the difference between a plan and a pack?

Plans renew and include a set number of promos each period. Packs are a one-time purchase of promos at a lower per-promo price than pay-as-you-go.

Can I change plans?

Yes — get in touch and we’ll switch you over. Self-serve plan changes are coming soon.

How is my plan billed?

Your label pays AF Studios in USD for its SpinSend plan or pack. Self-serve online billing is coming soon; during the invite-only beta we arrange your plan with you directly. DJs never pay anything.
